i deleted ''settings'' folder but every time i start to play it says XML Parsing error about line 76... and that error cames every time i uncheck ''skin cache'' and check that thing below ''skin cache'' is there any solution for this???

I have installed a new skin and than i clicked confirm.
Few seconds later in ''accepting'' that skin comes error and it says something like this:
there's a problem with config.xml with line 76
Enyone have a solution please???
