im playing on 9.3 and with the v.4 update but i want to start a notts county game as its quite exciting thing going on there i have put sven at notts county but on editor how much should i say the board is worth and how much transfer money should i start with i want to make i as real as possible?

im trying to download flex09 but when i download it comes up as download.php and not flex09.rar. how do i download it so is ends up a .rar file? thanks
