FIX: I was able to get around the registration issue by going on vacation for 1 day. When I came back my players were automatically registered for the competition.
This just happened to me. I am playing as the Vancouver Whitecaps and won the NACL as well. I can not continue in my season because the email is flagged as "Must Respond".
