just reinstalled my pc and fm14 but im missing the tactick folder. guess i cant download tactic and use them before the folder is there.. HELP

1 season done and none good games for my fullbacks.they sucks.(monreal and sagna). and one more thing:how many shots on goal do i need to have to score goals?? over 20?
