Try putting your match preperation onto defending set pieces for a little while - also agree with the above, default seems to work fine. May need some taller players too!
Seems to take quite a bit, I just won the skrill prem and reputation didn't move even 1%. But did have a big jump up from local to regional at start of season when took on the role.

Started with Ajax CT, doing well in league, unbeaten in first 5 games but yet to meet any of the big boys! Crashed out of super 8 in the semi's... got trounced 5-2 by Kaiser Cheifs in first leg!!! I'll put up a screen shot at the half way stage.
I conceed more goals from crosses than any other... defenders seem incapable of jumping somtimes - to be fair I score a fair few through crosses as well!
I started a game the once and had left this file ticked by mistake. I was in a different league so left them to it and watched with interest! They made it to the championship eventually having only signed two players in the first season, Gus Poyet was sacked soon after... But unbelievably, even...
There's a tick box when choosing team allowing you to manage both, just next to the drop down box where you select a club. Automatically the club only one is ticked i think.
