i finished 5th last season and with a good defence i think i would have broke into the top four

wigan 4th seasons in with wigan and i have 2 fa cups and three good campaigns in the europa league under my belt,have players such as Stekelenberg,cabaye,sigurdsson,elia,a.johnson,sturridge however my defence is poor....got 30m to spend any suggestions on good defenders 4 seasons in?
