My fm 11 keeps crashing at the end of a game. I havn't been able to finish a single game yet since i bought it. I have updated java and re installed it. How do i get it to work?

How do i load players from a nation? I have looked in the preferences but can't find anything and also can u manage any team that takes part in the WSL because i can only select some nations?
