Thanks, I will be trying them. I am using ZAZ Blue 3.0 with great success, but I want a tactic to make more of the strikers, that's the only thing I don't like, I can't complain about results, it works both for small and big teams. But for the strikers, it makes fabulous strikers average...

When you ban somebody you ban him because of facts, not opinions. This is not a personal vendetta nor a church confession.

May I ask then what would be a good reason to ban somebody? What kind of behavior would warrant that? What kind of signals do you give to the community if a pathological liar doing the wrong thing in so many ways is allowed to keep going?
