What kind of player do you recommend for the WM position? Out and out winger, inside forward or an actual WM?

What kind of players do you need at cm? Balanced midfielders or will a player like Asensio do well at cm attack? Also what strong foot do you recommend for the strikers? E.g is it better with a left footed striker on the right or the left?

Are the front 3 completely interchangeable or do you prefer to use a more creative player for the AM position? And is counter mentality the best?

Would switching the two centre mids around affect the performance at all? I tried and it seemed ok but the Player instruction to 'close down much more' isn't available to me only 'close down more', how do I get this to work?
