Managing the U18/Reserve team would be great. It creates a path to a bigger job, it happens in real life football, would be great to have in the game – you can also get achievements for things like 'a player from your youth team made a senior appearance', stuff like that.

Something else I wouldn't mind seeing is generated career history as an option for users in the game. Just something that could add to managing certain clubs - like Guardiola would never manage Real and they wouldn't try to appoint him. Just a thought.

Try Charlie Austin from Burnley or Le Fondre from Reading. Sounds a bit odd, but they score anywhere. Le Fondre and Austin get me 25 goals a season each.
