Either play Ozil in the middle or not at all. The 4-3-3 is the only way to fit both Wilshere and Ramsey in the middle while still having a defensive minded player in there. Oxlade Chamberlin has that directness, flair and versatility to be on the left.

I'm a fan of Jay Emmanuel Thomas. Very good physical attributes. Strong and powerful but has some strong technical attributes too. Makes him a menace in the game and can be picked up for a cheap fee.
