This tactic is unreal.
Took charge of Swindon when they were 18th in League Two after 22 Games.
24 games later, we finish champions after winning 23 games and losing just once to Luton, who at the time were 1st, in just my 2nd game in charge. So 22 wins in a row!

The Best tactic I have ever used on FM13. Started unemployed and took over Birmingham when they were 14th in the Championship. Finished the season as champions and won the majority of my games. Thank you very much for sharing this tactic :)

I started a new game, unemployed with the new patch. When someone gets sacked, that job does not appear on the "Available Jobs" section on the home screen. There should be some screenshots below to prove this.
