I just cant sign CR7 or messi,they asking for high wage,i offered ronaldo a 475k week and his agent refuse it,within 3 days,ronaldo went to chelsea with 350k week deal, any idea how to sign high wages player?

when a player tutoring a young player, is his development limited for a while??? I mean example aguero is training my regen barnes, is aguero development going to slow for a while???
