I know there is quite a long queue, so I'm definitely not complaining, but a guess-timate? For reference I uploaded my tactic on Jan 31, and now it's got me 3 back to back promotions, really curious how it'll be rated.

You could try using a face pack? It's not neccesarily a fix for your exact problem, but I imagine it will do the trick? FM Base has a great video on their Youtube channel about how to use it!
