I use the default training program apart from preseason, when I go heavy on the strength and aerobics, light on the skills. I do this up until a week before my first league game.

I have just started again after getting Hull relegated at my first attempt. Now halfway through the first season, yet to win a game. Signed Gravesen on a free, Donovan just signed on a free but injured. Keep losing games and the fans "despite the defeat" say they are happy. Gonna get a rubber...

When you say a variation or two, do you mean in the selection? I'm having the same drama with my Hull side almost halfway through the season and I havent won a league game yet (dont laugh!). I have tried to stick to a 442 best I can, praised them in the press when they have almost deserved it...
