I used this tactic in FM21, after some testing I updated it and it works a lot better. I'm currently using this on holiday with 12 teams, will show the results as soon as the season is finished.

I always let them handle by my assistent, it's a plug and play tactic. :D

You can use this with an underdog team. I took this one from my FM21 game and it works in 22 too. Will get those screenshots soon, but was tweaking it a bit with turning the 2 MC's into and AMC and DMC which gave me great results.

No transfers only loaned a few players.

I restarted my game, won the CL with Anderlecht in 22. Now I went on holiday in my first season of this new game, won the title and cup. (no European football) Will send screenshots later of my new season.

Best tactic I tried so far. Only changed the keeper to a sweeper keeper and the left Winger to a real Winger (support).

This tactic does wonders for me. I did changed the striker to a complete forward and the passing to short.

In FM15 (the last version I played), I had an invincible tactic 4-2-3-1. I have been trying to recreate it but without success. The only tactics I found online are those with 3 strikers and I don't like playing that way. This tactic though, is how football should be played, "totaalvoetbal" with...
