Tactic works terrible after the patch for me I cant seem to stabilize and just lose ridiculous games

I have started a career with Manchester city right before the update and got to november winning every single game there is with the Vortex V2 tactic reaching about 85% squad harmony and it was going so well Now after the update by february I have lost probably more than half of the games...
