Hmm... i download the patch now 2 times. and when i try to start new game, is still says version 11.1.0 ... any ideas?

Hello all, I have a huge broblem. I want to add my own picture as a my manager picture in middle of game. So is this possible or do i have to start game all over again? Thanks, -Andy
