I seem to lose any penalty shootout ever in this game. anyone else got this?

My coaches workloads are always high or even more because they train the reserves team too. I started my save with galatasaray without having this problem now went to monaco and all my players are unhappy about training. is there a way to separate the reserves squad and senior squad training.

As the title states I need a tactic or tactics that work well on 15.1.3.

I play as southampton and I bought domenico berardi at my first season now I am at second season and he seems to have a contract for southampton and juventus.I can't train him becouse of this. this happened after uefa registration I believe.
