I downloaded a stadium pack but I think I need a skin aswell as when viewing my squad and I can't see them as its all white, do I need a skin on? If so what one

Been running Ajax at a profit for 2 seasons (not much) about £1m a month , no every month on board summery report am running at a loss about 4m with main expenditure been "Tax"
any one know why and how or know any thing about it ? And the club has no debts
