Fun Ligue 1 team to be that isn't that good?

I find I have the most fun when I play in the top division with a team that is expected to be near the bottom of the table. I don't really care which country as long as it is a relatively prominent European league. Suggestions?

Yeah this won't work... Need to build rep to get anyone world class to join. Living with it every day with Swansea :-/ Makes it all the more rewarding to finally capture someone with real class.
