Nice tactic, bro! I played 1 match with QPR, I had bought Ongenda and in that match, (It was just his first match), he got Man of The Match with a rating of 9.0! Great work, man.

Yeah, it was my first. In my second season, I used your tactic for a couple of games but it just wasn't working out. I think at one point, I lost to Fulham 3-0. Sorry, man.

Just finished a full season with this tactic with Newcastle. 7th place in the Premier League (W18 D11 L9).

I tried this with Newcastle and in the first season, it worked wonders. I was beating the like of Man City and Arsenal about 4-0. I also won the Premier League by just 2 points. I'm currently in my 2nd season and about 8 games in. The tactic is not working as well as it used to as I had lost to...

Does it matter if when playing a match, the tempo you are putting it at?

Hm, doesn't seem to work. I did everything like you said but when I go on FM13 and manage my tactics, it's not there..
