Well I manage mostly in the SPL and no, I wouldn't say an SPL title should count for as much as a Premiership or La Liga one should. (I dont know the points difference between them.)

Would definitely like to see more options in the team-talk setting. Sometimes there just isn't any option close to what i'd love to say to the team given the chance in real life; whether it be after a good win or an embarrassing loss.
