I often loan players, then when the loans expire (during the same season) and I try to re-loan them, often the team turn me down saying they're integral to their team. Does anybody else have the same issue?

I'm playing as Kidderminster and drew Everton away in the FA cup. I immediately started training on a containing 5-5-0 system. Trying to get a 0-0, I worked brilliantly in the match for 80 minutes until I gave a way a pen. Obviously I then had to try to score and lost 3-0. What experiences...
