Lower league management is the order of the day. it is a real challenge. start at the lowest league in that country BSS / BSN. start from the BSS/BSN and get to the champions league in 10 seasons?

give your self a challenge. start from BSS or BSN and try and work your up to the premier league if possible. or challenge yourself by starting unemployed and load the lowest leagues of the countries you choose. Challenge yourself. its difficult but that's how a real manager starts.
