My usual tactic (4 3 1 2) started to fail on my last games.. need a good suggestion as tactic/inscturctions

I made some new transfers for my team but I cant get the football I expected. I tought about changing tactic but my forwards, wingers and at. mids are good. I couldn't decide how to change the tactic. This is the most ideal tactic that match each player's best position. Any other ideas...

Coutinho!!! He's in my villarreal setup in 2012. He's playing great. I would say it will be a good wonderkid signing =) 20years old right now.

I just got Renan he couldn't have a chance to play yet =)

I m playing with Galatasary in the Turkish league. (2011 ig time) Marek Hamsik Mark Noble Arda Turan/Marko Marin Alexis Sanchez Goran Pandev Oscar Cardozo Whats the best Formation/team instructions for this squad? I tought about something more offensive coz of the players.

Actually, its about the last matches, their ratings are high for the league I m playing in, not for the champions league etc. I just didn't get the expected results for this team,sorry I couldn't find that topic. Riiseeee thanks for the advice I ll try it.

Hello, I ve just played allmost 2seasons with Galatasaray in Turkish league. The problem is, I can't find the best formation for my team. Got a good team with great offensive players but couldn't find the optional tactic. This is my team..
