I have tried it with FM16. Playing with Dresden Dynamo. Got promoted to 2.Bundesliga first year.
After 6 games in 2.Bundesliga, my team is leading by 16 points.
I would say it works perfect with fm16.
Just try too pick up some free transfers. Use Zero's players filter file, that comes with the tacc.
Can write down what i got with AFC first season. That is when iam home from work.
Can also recommend to use the 4-4-1-1.
Only reason that i use that tacc, is beacause i like to play with 4...
No doubt that V2 still works with the new patch. Startet a new game about two weeks ago with AFC Wimbledon(League 2).

3.Season: Championship - Champion
4.Season: Premier League - Havent started yet.
And this with almost only free...
