Whats the best set piece instructions to use in fm17?

Currently working on my own tactic. Only thing I can't crack is both attacking and defensive set pieces. Can anyone recommend a tactic that has a quality set that I can use?

Hi, So I understand that training has had a big overhaul in recent FMS from the previous schedules. I have a save where I have a load of young kids with potential. I am giving them mentors and game time. but what I want to know is how to best train them mainly in terms of squad training? cheers

Quick question, if I changed a players PA from -9 to -10 in the editor would the player ?ver reach that potential if his stats were not touched? Or similarly if I changed someone from 170 to 190 but change no stats, would he become that good? Cheers
