I have recently purchased the game and will be playing as Gillingham in League 1. After reading other posts I can see that Gillingham are one of the worst teams in the league and will be battling relegation!
Who are the bargain buys to help me turn this club into a promotion chasing side?
I havent really changed a lot to be fair, maybe its just luck and the ability of the players. Im still managing around 30 shots at goal just like the previous patch and seem to be scoring most of the time.

Started off with barcelona and to begin with results were a bit 'iffy' but after a few games this tactic is smashing it! 6 games in a row where I have scored 6 or more goals, including Real Madrid and PSG in Champs League! Running away with the La Liga title now :)

It's that time of the year again where on FM14 you need a challenge and there is nothing better than attempting the great San Marino challenge! The aim to get both club and country to the top of club & national football!!

This might be a difficult one for players as it isn't often tried but I have added additional leagues onto my game and am currently managing Folkestone Invicta in the Ryman South Division 1
Obviously there is no money so I'm relying on youth contracts or cheap contracted players...
Thanks, I'l give it a go! Hopefully those sort of players want to join a team like Gills! Alot of people who want league 1 players seem to be Wolves or other clubs easily capable of getting promoted wheras Gills are a team avoiding relegation!
