everytime i load up football manager 2010 it comes up: not-well-formed (invalid token) at line 1 of default: xml HELP PLEASE!!

Need a winning for aston villa urgent!

ive tried 4-4-2, 4-3-3 and i dont seem to be winning games. im currently 7th after 30 games any chance anyone can give me a good tactic/formation ?
