I would put the match preparation to Teamwork and on Very High workload so the team will bond together. And if you don't have quality players it's hard to play a game of possession.

you can change that in te editor but it's complicated and you'll have to start a new game. Try to upgrade you`r youth facilities to produce better regens or buy 16 year old regens and wait till they have citizenship.

Seano... i would have sold that regen if i would be you. It had to happen especially your with a lower league club. You should have sold him with a high Future Transfer Fee so you would end up with a lot of money. Otherwise... nice job and keep it up.
