Wouldn't be a terrible thing to happen tbh, if they made it so realistic that people were suprised by your sacking and there were things like fan protests to get you your job back and the media going against the boards decision, could result in you getting a better job.

Don't get me wrong, I think the game is incredibly realistic compared to any other football based games out there, I mean I love it, it's my favourite game but there are definitely things that need to be repaired and easily could be. I hope Football Manager 2013 fixes some of these problems...
The game isn't realistic enough for me. I've seen some really weird things happen in my game over the years (however this is decreasing with each new game) but it really takes away from the effect of playing it.
