If you're winningcomfortably and you start conceding then its usually because your players become complacent , you can try more defensive ways of play like a deeper defensive line and shout things like "drop deeper" in your game

Maybe go with a trequartista instead of poachers and advanced forwards. With a trequartista up front he'll drop deep and pick the ball up and it might help with stagnant strikers

You don't really have to, you can ask your assistant manager to do match preparation, but that's really it, if you're not that bothered then just set your general training and match training to something and just change it every once in a while

In my first season i got Falcao so i never really had the problem but giroud still scored a great amount of goals, he was the perfect super sub for me. When it looked like i wasn't gonna get anything from the game i would send giroud on as target man and he always managed to score. If possible...
