I.M.POSSIBLE is a good tactic for you. As a matter of fact I'm switching to IMPOSSIBLE from bomb at the moment since after using bomb in the last 3 seasons it started to become ineffective.

You should try it out. It's pretty solid in the back, especially the Away version. I think the reason you're conceding a lot of goals is because you use 'very fluid' setting. I notice that when you set your fluidity to 'very fluid' then your players don't really mark the opponent very tight...

You play 4222 with IF? I suggest to switch your wide AMs to DWs or Wingers with support duty and put them to go wider, more direct passes and drill crosses.
