try telling them to shoot on sight in touchline shouts

small questions do players learn touchline shouts when you use them all the time if so how long does it roughly take.

this is a major problem none of my defenders seem to defender in there 18 yard box, them just seem to stop outside it and freeze so concede **** loads of goals so this needs to be sorted asap PLEASE HELP ME.

it wasnt that it was always my strikers saying that so changed them to poacher and it stopped but yes i did.
