If you are using an underdog, i recommend changing the mentality to counter. Ive been using it for 2 seasons and its been working great.

This tactic is great. Taken my parma team from 17th to 8th in about 10 games. Goals galore at both ends but more so in the oppositions goal

Any position. Im poole town and struggling to find decent players.

Im using this for my conference south team and it seems to be doing well since the fluidity has increased. Ive moved the wingbacks back to full backs with wing back role as i was getting caught out.

In terms of match engine nothing. Just cuts out alot of micro management and is alot quicker. You can instant result if you want to but i chose to play the vast majority of games.

I dont use any OI's and I play FMC and leave training as default : )
