I've seen mention of being able to create xml files where you could set a date for Rangers going in to administration etc. Does anyone have any tips for what to enter in to the xml file and where to save it for the game to pick it up?

I've taken Alloa from Division 3 to the SPL, but the achievement isn't unlocked. Do you need to play a full SPL season first?
