To get a folder to appear I went into a game and just saved a shortlist. this creates a folder in the correct place for you to place downloaded lists into.

EDIT- Never mind. I decided to have a go and thought about how these were created in 1st place. so I went into a game and saved a shortlist then exited. Went to the folder directed to in 1 of the downloaded shortlists and there was a shortlist folder. :-)...
I have just downloaded a manager shortlist (.slf) but cant find where to put it in so it will be loaded when I start a game. Anybody point me in the right direction? :-)
