I've tried using this 3-4-2-1 Seven-Eleven tactic in FM15 and 16. So far i've found it ineffective in fm 16 :/ in FM 15 it was godlike, i got from vanarama to premier league with it, and continued to be top of premier league. But something just doesnt seem right in fm 16 :(
