Sorry not sure who is this "Hughes" you are referring to, but Tielemans, for me, has been literally key player since 19 years old, delivering top class performance consistently. He is even better than Depay and Sterling (all in my team) when I trained him to AMR position - Rating, Goals, Assist.

Absolutely yes. But does not mean he is indispensable or his position in Midfield would guarantee fantastic impact to the team as much as Neymar or Hazard in left wing or striking role (I know they are operating on different position).
