I have installed the game but when go click on it it comes up saying something about graphics has failed.Whats the problem how do i correct it ?

Hi i keep downloading the data bases but when i put them in the data base folder and load up the games it does not give me the option to load it up. So i go to the Data Ediotor and try and load it up there but it says the data base has failed to load. Some 1 me me plz
