I prefer 1 attacking fullback/wingback(depending on attributes) and the other 1 on support. You can still keep your 2 attacking fullbacks but observe how your defence is dealing with it.
Your tactic is very aggressive. Control is quite an attacking strategy. It has high d-line and closing down. You also added close down more TI as well. High press are always dangerous as your team is likely to be caught out by over the top balls. Why not consider using only your front 4 to press...
For your defence, you went with an attacking strategy and very fluid mentality. Everyone will take risks bombing forward or will be high up during the attacking phase. That will leave your 2 defenders stranded most of the time. The 2 cms(ideally roles with hold position PI) in a 4-2-3-1 are the...
You can consider changing your WB or even FB if you want a more defensive role. Both roles do not roam so you have abit more stability. Another option is to drop your IF to the WM position. In that position, you can customise them as IF with the PIs.
Mutual termination is just paying 50% of his remaining contract. That's better than you letting him rot on the bench and risk paying him in full if you can't sell him.
Consider dropping your mentality to counter or even defensive. Players will then be more cautious with their passes. If you decide to do so, I will also drop TI play out of defence and shorter passing. Both TIs will further slow your buildup play.
You should always let your opponents worry about you rather than you worry about them. Anyway, if you want to worry about your opponent, you can take a look at the article below. Kinda of give you a rough guide on how to prepare for your game...
You can consider using a lower mentality and wingbacks instead of CWB as they don't have roaming. Or maybe 1 support WB and 1 attacking WB.
Btw, what's your team shape? That affects how your team defends as well.
