I have that xml file. Commonwealth Cup, made of 26 teams, and is knock-out tournament. If anyone want's it, just send me PM. (H) And it is real national cup, not part of some league system (like done in nation rules panel).

Go to my documents => sports interactive => football manager => editor data, then find that .xml file, and upload it to some uploading site, like 2shared or megaupload or sth like that and that is it.

You can create them, but it takes many hours in editor, and after all, results are not good. I made once African Cup u20, but competition took A teams, only with players aged 19 or younger. You cant, like, get Ghana u20 team to cup. And it was made over Euro u19, and it was played in Europe. So...

It's clear. You cant compete in certain competitions as those are not playable, like African U20 Cup, or World U17 Cup. And you cant activate them. I mean, you can, but way to do that is so hard and tough, so it is not worth it (Advanced Editor Panel, but that sucks). Maybe in next editions of...

You have to delete current CL format, and make it from scratch - like number of teams in it, what teams take part, system (groups, point system, money, schedule etc) and with doing that you can even make possible that no American or Mexican teams take part in CL... you can make teams from Cuba...

It is possible, but you would have to recreate all competitions those teams are competing in. World Cup and African Cup for Zanzibar, and World Cup for Guadeloupe.

You can recreate OFC CL and make any team to enter, any team. I have made one version with teams from all OFC, Australija, NMariana, Guam, some Asian countries. But all that in ADVANCED EDITOR.

You can do it, but you must recreate CL in advanced editor. I have made my own CONCACAF Champions League, with Canadian team in it (winner of Canadian Champions Cup - also recreated - removed Toronto FC, made it as knockout tournament).
