In Football Manager 2015 old players decline wasn't perfect,but it was good enough,but in FM 16 it's very bad. It is a shame that not many people care about older players. :(

I agree with you,in my save i had one DR,very decent player,he was a beast in three seasons for me,and then he turned 33 and his phisycal stats dropped dramaticly,pace and acceleration dropped from 15 to 11 in just one season,and he become useless. Also at the begining of the game there are a...
