Retrained him to striker and used him in the wide striker position. Very technically and mentally gifted player, so great for that position. I've upped his finishing with individual training so it's okay (12-13 if I remember correctly).

His own 4-1(DMC)-2-2(AML/AMR)-1 tactic (or better said - 4-1-2-3 with wide inside forwards). Attacking mentality, fluid, deep defensive line, don't know much else. I'd guess he gives OI's to his assistant manager.

Well it's set to zonal, should it be so, or should I set it to specific (STCR - DL, STCL - DR)? What's the better way of marking for the STs..?

In which cases do you set the specific man mark and in which do you leave them at zonal? I'm using v2.3 and 1/3 of the goals I conceded were from crosses, so I do feel like setting the strikers to mark the DL and DR is a good idea. Here's a great result I got from a friendly:

Hazza, a couple more questions - do you advise using any OIs other than "Show on weak foot" on the wide midfielders or leave it at that? Also, is it completely necessary to use the playmakers setting or not?
