Yeah there are handballs in '10. But they are no where near real life scenarios. Plus penalties are not offered for handballs in the box IMO.

You gotta have different tactics against weak/strong teams in home/away matches. Main reason of failure against the weak teams is often not the tactics but complacency.

You cant really do anything unless and untill his contract expires... You keep on praising him and keep him 'Unh'appy at current club. He will reject new contract there. So the club can loan him out for last year of his contract.

I agree that getting rival players is very difficult. Its not easy to be friends with rival managers because most of the times they already hate you. It takes ages to change their mind. I tried for Arteta to Liverpool for 3 seasons... but no success. :(
