Talk to the press about them. Stating that you think they are a good player, show alot of promise etc. That only sometimes works though. Other than that i dont think there is another way.

MathiasJorgensen from Kobenhaven should cost around 5mil. He isnt 'world class' but he performs really well and will eventually be amazing. I think he would be perfect and save you some money in the process.

He would be ideal as a rotation/super sub. I think hes slightly past it to be a first team regular as his fitness would just be shot constantly. But i would sign him if i was in your position, thats if you could match his wage demands.

Jay Demerit on free transfer, Kim Won-Sik on free transfer young but very good, Mark Reynolds from Motherwell around 300k-350k but can i just ask why get rid of 4 loaned defenders just to ask to get another lol.

If you go to your transfer clauses you can sell some and raise £2,000,000 aprox. Maybe try and get Arsenal as a parent club and see who they offer you, if not still put in for the likes of Lansbury.

Holt isnt much better on new patch, peforms better as a target man role though ive found. wes is amazing i agree and his stats aint too great. Thinking about starting a Norwich game tonight as i aint played in ages.

I agree with cmh9090, it's sad to see a lack of stories on norwich. I started with them once but it proved to be a massive struggle, i just couldnt find the correct formation. The team overall is very underrated to what they are in real life, such as Grant Holt's stats. Im not just saying this...

As a norwich fan i always say i will be them when the game comes out but it looks to be a massive challenge, i know it aint ment to be easy but most of the team will have to change if you go up into the championship. Grant holt has been hard done by, he is much better than FM have made him out...
