Thinking bout being leeds but i want to know what players are out there on the cheap that will help get me promoted and still be a firm first team player in the championship helping me for promotion again into the premiership. I know its asking alot but it can be done.

Discuss lower league teams PA youth system going up through the ranks, im southampton and their youth set up and youth team is very good just got get them out of debt. Wondering if anyone had any pointers.
