Loved this tactic in FM12. Maybe it's not the most realistic tactic, cause it used some exploits, but it gave me a lot of fun. Which match prep do you use?

I read your thread and it looks very good. My compliments! Only thing I would like to know is how your using oi. I read you set your anchor to mark the striker. A smart thing I didn't thought about. So are your central defenders free to make other uses. Do you also set oi to midfield players?

Maybe a stupid question, but I can't find the option shouts. I your printcreen it's between captains and team talk. What am I doing wrong?

Now I'm confused. In the OP I read that the MCL must have creativity, the MCR must have a good tackle. But if the MCR is the main playmaker, he must have creativity also or not? Is it better to put Jonjo Shelvey on the left or right side?

I thought that it was finally going well. Three good wins in a row and the last two I kept a clean sheet. Then came the big match (derby) away gainst Newcastle. Did teamtalk passionate for the fans and after six minutes I'm two goals behind and to make it even worse, after 25 minutes I'm four...

I know that I took a difficult road by starting unemployed. So I'm not giving up and this season the focus is on staying out of the relegation zone and so far that is going well. Currently I'm 15th after 23 matches. I hope next season I can strenghten the squad and play a good pre-season and...
