Yeah good spot, I noticed him on one of my saves, he's the son of ex Ipswich midfielder Jason Dozzell. He turns out quality if given enough game time. As you say Ipswich have a good few who could go far in the game.
Depends on what team you are and whether you want a youngster who will become great or the finished article? If a youngster then I'd say Niklas Stark would be a good shout, matias kranevitter or Daniel Amartey would all become top class in the HB position. Kristoffer Ajer too.

Fulham! Patrick Roberts, Hyndman, Dembele, Woodrow give you a real nucleus of class youngsters to develop. Good experience in midfield and up front too, Ruiz, Parker, McCormack. Just get the defence sorted and you should get promotion.
Heerenveen in the Eredivisie are a decent shout, they have got a young squad and with a few additions you might be able to challenge PSV Ajax and Feyenoord. Good youth facilities too means you can bring through your home grown stars

I would tend to favour counter as with Millwall you will be on the back foot for much of the games in the championship, but you have the capability to break with pace quite regularly. Would play a deeper line too, defensive wingers who do the hard graft getting forward and tracking back...
