and created my own xml file but when it shows in game it looks like the attached. I right clicked and saved as image from the thread. Where did I go wrong to not have the...

Picked this guy up in my Leeds save in Jan of Season 1, so he will come to Tier 2 clubs. You can see his potential is in wonderkid territory. Obviously I have the ingame editor but thats unedited (otherwise, why bother posting about it).
